Technical support


We provide both registered and unregistered user with technical support. Even if you are just trying our product, we will certainly reply to your message. We will answer your questions within 48 hours at most (usually, earlier, within an hour). Each question is carefully studied by the staff of the technical support department and they often discuss it with developers in order to give the most complete answer. We appreciate each customer and will answer each question.

You can find answers to most questions either in the help file or in the FAQ list.

In case you cannot find the answer to your question, you can contact our technical support service either at support@exlade.com or using the contact form below. We recommend that you use the contact form because in this case we guarantee that your message will be delivered to the support service. Do not forget to specify your valid e-mail address if you want to receive a reply from us.

Make sure you specify the following information in your message:
The name and version of the program (see it in the "About" dialog box).
Your registration data.
The operating system with updates (for example, Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2).
The situation that existed when the problem occurred (probably, the error can be reproduced by certain operations).
Any other information that you think is related and might help us.
